The main focus is upon the promotion of Pashtu language and literature, history and culture, Pashtu folklore, education in Pakhtunkhwa, Pashtunwali and social entity of Pashtuns, economy and resources of Pakhtunkhwa and educational uplift of the region. Preserving the historical, social and cultural heritage of the Pakhtunkhwa is the mission undertaken through academic research. The promotion of research culture with a focus upon the inter disciplinary paradigm is the way forward to disseminate the vision, image and face of the peaceful nation.
